Q: Will i be travelling with a group on the tours?
A: If you book a Tailor Made Package you will be using the regular transportation but will be hosted by our representatives at every point you visit. If you booked regular daily tours at local points you will be joining a group for the tours. If you book one of our Package Tours/Cruise Package or Nile Cruise, you travel with a group on a bus/Cruiser. This makes the packages flexible to suit your needs and allows you to travel with an organised plan but with out being herded around in a group.
Q: How do i recognize you at the airport/port/meeting point?
A: At the airport a member of our company will be waiting outside the exit door of the arrivals hall, after you collect your luggage. He/she will be holding a sign with your name on it.
Q: I request a tailor made programme. How do you organise all transports and tours at that much different locations?
A: We have offices/tour operators based on various locations. They meet our clients at the ports/airports, provides transfers and provide any other service. When you book a holiday through MTP HOLIDAYS, we give you the names, addresses and telephone numbers of operation offices in the destinations you will wisit, for any help or assistance you may require.

Q: Why do i book a package?
A: By booking a package, everything is arranged to make your holiday hassle free, you can save time and not have to worry about booking accommodation, buying tickets for your transport, finding your hotel when you reach the airport/port and finding the right tour when you reach the sites. Also as the travel agencies can get a better price than the customer, packages also work out to be more economical.

Q: Do you provide travel insurance?
A: Unfortunately No. Our guests are advised to obtain their own insurance for health and/or baggage loss while traveling. Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage to clients if refunds pursuant to the final payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause.

Q: Do you provide International Flights?/Are your package prices include Land Services Only?
A: We do not provide International Flight Tickets. We recommend our clients to buy their international Air Tickets from their home country. Our package prices include all services within the interested country, Domestic Flight Tickets are included, if mentioned in the package programme.

Q: How do I pay for my tour, what is the procedure?
A: Packages/tours can be booked after asking the availability (Request). After we receive your request, we check the availibilities at the hotels and on the transportation vehicles. If all requested services are availabe for the requested dates, we will send our “Secure Payment Site” link to our clients and they pay for the requested package/tour.
Q:How do I get my tourist visa?

A:Usually you need to apply to your local Egyptian Embassy or Consulate General for a pre-entry tourist visa but if you are from North America, Western Europe, Australia/New Zealand, Brazil/Argentina or Hong Kong/Japan/Macau/Malaysia or Singapore you can get your tourist visa upon arrival in Egypt.

Q:How do I get my tourist visa if I live in a different country to that of my passport?

A:If you hold a residence permit in the country you live in you can apply to the Egyptian Embassy/Consulate General in that country, otherwise you have to apply to the country that issued your passport.

A:Though many nationalities are exempt from requiring a visa for the many Sinai resorts, a full tourist visa is required if you come to any place in
Egypt that lies to the west of the Red Sea/Suez Canal.

A:Though many nationalities are exempt from requiring a visa for staying in Hurghada, once you leave the confines of the town a full tourist visa is required.

A:Yes, after you leave
Egypt your visa will be stamped and so you will require another one. If you are from a country that can get their visa upon arrival in
Egypt, you can get the new one when you re-enter the country, but if you require a pre-entry visa you should apply for 2 of these, using the second one when you re-enter
Egypt.

Q:Can my tourist visa be extended to more than one month?

A: A tourist visa can be extended if required. To do this you have to apply to Mogamma, in
Tahrir Square, or to the equivalent offices in
Alexandria,
Luxor or Sharm El-Sheikh
Q: Do i get refund if i cancel my trip due to illness or/and travel warnings?
A: We kindly request 30 % deposit on booking and the rest is to be paid 45 days prior to departure date of the tour. If a written cancellation notice is received before departure, we accept the cancellation.
